About USA Philatelic
Each year, the United States Postal Service (USPS) publishes four issues of the USA Philatelic catalog of the stamps and commemorative material produced for that year.

At this time, the USPS only offers the latest catalog via a multi-color page PDF file on their website – https://www.usps.com/stamp-collecting/assets/pdf/usa_philatelic_catalog.pdf. They also will send you the printed catalog (Publication 508) for their latest stamp catalog. You can subscribe the USA Philatelic publication here at: https://usps.com/philatelic.
Old Note: You need to send a catalog request at: https://about.usps.com/publications/pub9/PUB9_508.htm. Note: The catalog takes between 5-6 weeks to arrive.

- Stamp Smarter – Stamp Smarter has a great archive of the USPS’ Philatelic stamp catalogs going back to 1968. Visit the website to view and download the catalogs. The Stamp Smarter website was created and operated by Don J. Denman, who dedicated thousands of hours to building it into a rich digital philatelic library. Sadly, Don passed away in early 2024, but before his passing, he established the Stamp Smarter Foundation, a nonprofit organization aimed at preserving and continuing the educational mission of the site.
